California Proposition 65 Warning

Machining Partner LLC, part of Nova Synergy Group LLC, primarily provides CNC and CMM programming, manufacturing process optimization, and engineering services. In connection with certain machining sourcing engagements, parts or components may be manufactured, finished, or supplied through our network of contractors, machine shops, and suppliers.
California’s Proposition 65 (the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) requires businesses to provide a warning when products sold or supplied in California may expose users to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
Why This Notice Applies
Machined and manufactured metal components can involve materials, coatings, lubricants, or processes (such as machining fluids, certain metals, or surface treatments) that may contain trace chemicals listed under Proposition 65. Because parts delivered through our sourcing network may be manufactured using such materials or processes, we provide this notice as a precaution, consistent with California law.

What This Means For You
