Viewing Proprietary Information Supplier, Member, and Visitor Agreement

MachiningPartner.com is owned and operated by BEY GLOBAL VENTURE LTD, London, United Kingdom.
All Suppliers, Members, and Visitors must legally agree and be bound by the following terms before being allowed to view proprietary, confidential, and trade secret information, including but not limited to drawings and part specifications.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality Agreement

Ownership of Intellectual Property Suppliers, Members, and Visitors acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property contained in any sensitive data provided by MachiningPartner.com, including but not limited to Requests for Quote (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Auction documents, designs, processes, and specifications, is the exclusive property of the respective owners. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary information, confidential information, trade secrets, designs, processes, and specifications.

Use of Information Suppliers, Members, and Visitors agree to use any sensitive information provided by MachiningPartner.com solely for the purpose of responding to requests or fulfilling any resulting purchase orders or contracts for goods and/or services. The use of this information for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

Non-Disclosure Agreement Suppliers, Members, and Visitors further agree not to disclose any proprietary, confidential, or trade secret information obtained through MachiningPartner.com to any third party without the express prior written consent of the owner of the information. This obligation of confidentiality extends beyond the term of the RFQ, RFP, Auction, or any other sensitive data sharing and continues indefinitely unless otherwise agreed in writing by the owner.

Visitor Acknowledgment and Agreement Prior to registration and membership, all Visitors are required to read, agree to, and acknowledge MachiningPartner.com’s Terms of Service. By doing so, Visitors enter into a legal and binding contract that upholds these confidentiality and intellectual property protection terms.
